Justice requires a good attorney with the ability to understand the facts and law and express those to the Judge and Jury.
What is justice and how do you achieve it
This concept is straight forward and simple.
A person seeks an attorney to address a legal issue.
The idea is to analyze the situation in conjunction with the applicable law and then develop an efficient, timely and cost effective legal response.
Our initial consultation is for you to determine if I meet your needs and for me to determine if I should take you on as a client.
In most meetings I urge the person not to make the determination then but to go home and think about retaining my services. Only after you have a chance to reflect on this will you attain that comfort level.
Naturally there are times when immediate legal services are necessary and if that if the case I will act then and there.

I do not believe that justice is on a monday thru friday 8:30 to 4:30 schedule. When we join together for your needs I make myself available 24/7 by email and phone.
I want to be kept up to the minute on your issues and want to know all the facts. I can't represent you unless I know everything in a timely fashion. Nor can you feel confortable with counsel unless you have 24/7 access to him/her.
